1. Product and price
Supply-only smart film is priced at £275 per square metre excluding VAT (£330 including VAT), calculated from the finished manufactured dimensions and quantity. The configurator shows product value, delivery, VAT and the final Stripe total.
2. Measurements
The customer supplies the glass-opening dimensions. The configurator uses the smallest of three width and three height readings as the proposed film size. If the film must extend behind removable glazing beads, the entered measurements must include that full covered glass area—not only the visible opening. The customer remains responsible for checking the glass, frame, beads and dimensions.
3. Technical review
Payment reserves the order but does not authorise manufacture. PriviFilm reviews the proposed film schedule, cable exits, control choice and system components. Any necessary project-specific change is explained and agreed before manufacture.
4. Final approval
PriviFilm sends a final manufacturing schedule. Manufacture begins only when the customer approves that schedule. Approval confirms the dimensions and selections shown on it.
5. Delivery
Online checkout is mainland UK only. Delivery is £30 plus VAT below £900 product value excluding VAT and free from £900 excluding VAT. Expected manufacture and dispatch is 2–3 weeks after final approval, subject to project-specific circumstances.
6. Cancellation and returns
The customer may cancel for a full refund before approving the final manufacturing schedule. Once approval is given and manufacture begins, bespoke goods cannot normally be cancelled or returned for customer measuring or selection errors or a change of mind. This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not made to the approved specification. See the delivery, cancellation and returns policy.
7. Installation and electrical work
Supply-only film is intended for a competent installer. The customer or installer must confirm glass and site suitability, prepare and apply the film correctly, protect the film edges and follow the supplied instructions. Final connection to mains electricity must be completed by an appropriately qualified electrician.
