Information we collect
We collect the details you submit, such as your name, business, email address, telephone number, delivery postcode, project notes, measurements and order selections. Stripe processes payment and billing information through its secure checkout; PriviFilm does not ask you to enter card details into the PriviFilm configurator.
How we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, create and verify orders, perform technical checks, prepare manufacturing schedules, deliver goods, provide support, maintain business records and prevent misuse.
Who receives it
Information is shared only where needed to provide the service, including with Stripe for payment, manufacturers and technical partners for order fulfilment, and delivery providers for shipping. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant enquiry, contract, warranty, legal, accounting and security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to correct your contact or order information and may request information about the personal data we hold, subject to applicable legal requirements and exemptions. Marketing messages include a way to opt out where required.
