Where we deliver
Online supply-only checkout is available for mainland UK delivery addresses. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish islands and other offshore locations are not included in the online rate. Contact us before ordering if the delivery postcode is outside mainland UK.
Delivery charge
Delivery is £30 plus VAT (£36 including VAT) when the smart-film product value is below £900 excluding VAT. Mainland UK delivery is free when the smart-film product value reaches £900 excluding VAT. The live configurator and Stripe checkout show the complete price before payment.
Lead time
The expected lead time is 2–3 weeks after you approve the final dimension and manufacturing schedule. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you if a project-specific component or circumstance changes it.
Technical review and manufacture approval
Payment does not start manufacture. PriviFilm first checks the submitted pane dimensions, glazing-bead allowance, cable exits, controls and compatible power requirements. We then send a final manufacturing schedule for customer approval. The customer must check that schedule carefully.
Cancelling before approval
You may cancel the supply-only order for a full refund at any point before you approve the final manufacturing schedule. Contact info@fortinova.co.uk and quote your order reference.
After approval and manufacture
Once you approve the final schedule and manufacture begins, the film is made to your dimensions. Bespoke goods cannot normally be cancelled or returned because of an incorrect customer measurement, omitted glazing-bead allowance, cable-exit selection, change of mind or inability to install them.
Faulty or incorrectly made goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or not made to the approved specification, contact us promptly with the order reference, photographs and a description of the issue. Do not install or alter a product you believe is incorrect unless PriviFilm agrees the next step.
