How This Estimate is Calculated
The indicative range is based on a per-m² installed cost model covering the PDLC film, transformer, cable routing, electrical connection, and basic commissioning. It does not include VAT, scaffolding or specialist access, extensive cable routing through occupied floors, or BMS system-level integration beyond standard relay connection.
The model applies an application type multiplier to account for sector-specific requirements — healthcare installations typically require greater programme management; residential projects are often simpler single-zone installations.
